This is an example of a doctor with major ADHD! He was in and out like he was in a race to get through as many patients as he could for the day...or there was a fire in the building. He didn't listen to anything or even wait for an answer when he asked a question. What a horrible experience!

This Dr. is turning out to be a major disapointment. I have had to remind him 3 times if not more about my kidney failure and the type of meds he was prescribing could cause a total kidney shut down. He seems to not care and always has me come in to renew my meds every 4 to 6 months at a cost with labs and office visit over 600.00 plus.

I am going through a horrible most likely terminal health issue. Dr. Carney has misdiagnosed twice in the last year and now is moving slowing on getting a referral to a specialist. He has an I don't care attitude and his knowledge seems to be an internal check list without seeing what is happening.

Dr. Carney has since becoming to be a very materialistic doctor. There is no longer a close patient-doctor relationship that I can convey to my family doctor. Anything that is being discussed will be charged. I had a physical, but was charged additional money because Dr. Carney checked on some seeds that lingered on for years, but without any further diagnosis. There is literally no concerns can be discussed during the Physical session unless you're prepared to pay him additional fees. Very disappointed!

CRAP after-hours physician on-call on weekends for Park Nicollet!!! Can not comment about his staff - I'm sure they're fine. Amount I paid - TBD for the unnecessary urgent are visit!!!! Will dispute!!!!

Scheduled a physical. During the physical, we were going through the routine questions about allergies and current medications, which I had been taking one medication. Dr. Carney asked if I was going to need more of the medication and I replied "Yes." When I got my bill, Dr. Carney charged me for an office visit ($40+), in addition to the physical, because he had to write the prescription for the medication I was already taking.
