There is a burn out stage to every job. I feel Dr Neil has passed that point of no return.
it may even be the mind as these things start earlier every year.

We brought our 75 yr old dad in with dumbness in his tongue & lips & difficulty swallowing, issues with choking and shortness of breath. Dr looked in his mouth for 3 seconds & said he could set us up with a speech therapist for evaluation. There was no curiousity about what might be causing this. Two days later dad was in the ER. He has Myasthenia Gravis!

When we brought my mother to him regarding her weight loss and general body pain it obviously never occured to him to check to see if her breast cancer had spread. Not a great doctor.
