Neglected to inform patient of moderate dysplasia on pap smear. Only discovered months later when visiting a gynecologist and records were sent. When patient questioned doctor concerning menopause, was treated rudely and told there was no way they could be. Tests later showed patient was correct. Also misdiagnosed another patient as Type 2 diabetic when patient was, in fact, Type 1. This doctor typically overschedules, runs late, cuts patients short.
