Dr. James Daros, first of all, is a first class Prevention Doctor. My family has put our trust to he and his son Anthony, for over 30+ years. Dr. Jim is a first class person. That trust means a lot. His wife Jackie is first class too. She is his head nurse, so to speak. Always caring, patient, and helpful. They like to call you in the evening with test results, recommend surgeons if need be, and provide a reassurance that is second to none in our area! I say Bravo to he and his staff for a five star practice!

Expect extremely long waits and very unapologetic and unprofessional staff. While the Dr. might be seasoned, there is absolutely no sense of customer service or concern about your time. Worse yet the staff suggested the younger Dr. wasn't very good. They obviously are not helping the practice. If the older Dr. is too old/slow and indifferent of your time and the younger Dr. is too immature, and the staff rude, then your practice SUCKs, you are riding the older patients and not going to be a viable practice very long.

This man is a gift to the medical field! He is the most patient doctor I have ever met with. He will listen to everything you need to say and never makes you feel rushed. He is a jack of all trades as well because he has experience in pharmacy, GP and chiropractor. Some of the older drugs that he knows about have worked so much better than these newer drugs. And he also lets you tell him what you want and takes that into consideration when deciding what he is going to do. I have been a 'very complicated' case and he kept trying and never gave up. He actually would tell me about things he was researching to try and get more information about my situation. You just have to wait to see him. So I always call ahead and ask if he is on time before I arrive.

Dr. Daros is a wonderful, caring doctor. You may have to wait to see him sometimes but during your appoinment you have his undevided attention. He wants to know about your entire life, not just what is bothering you. He is very knowledgable and will listen to you. I never ever feel like what I say to him is dismissed or like he didn't hear me. He thourghly explains what is wrong with you, what to look for if things get worse, what he plans to do to make you well again and when to make another appointment. When seeing my kids he always says you should see improvments by a certain time and if you don't call back. I can't imagine trusting my families care to anybody else.
