I have been seeing Dr Rossouw sine I moved to Red Deer in 2007. He is professional, caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to give the best treatment. Awesome Doctor.

I have had to go to the East Hill Walk In Clinic quite a few times now this year, as it takes months to get
an apt. with my family doctor. Dr. Rossouw has always been very respectful towards me. He listens to my health concerns, never rushes through our appointments, and is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve had to go to the walk in at this clinic quite a few times for some lady problems and usually I feel uncomfortable speaking with a male dr about them , but Dr. Rossouw always makes me feel at ease . He explains things to me in a way that I can understand. He is so patient with all my anxieties and all of my questions. I like how he just doesn’t write me prescriptions either , he always prefers to get test results back first instead of just basing prescriptions off of my symptoms alone. I wish he was accepting new patients because he is the best walk in doctor in Red Deer that I’ve ever had ! I find a lot of walk in doctors in red deer are very condescending , do not listen to you , and just rush you through their office so quick . Thank you so much Dr. Rossouw!

Have had Dr Rossouw for 15 years as my dr. He is amazing and treats my family like family.. couldn’t ask for a better dr.

The staff right when you walk in are so rude. Dr. Didn't want to listen to me and said it was nothing but it was and infection and antibiotics cleared it up after seeing a new doctor.
