I have been seeing Dr thomson since she came to kelowna and took over for Dr Docherty. She has always been extremely attentive and has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. She is truly committed to her patients and will help you as best she can. She will either guide you and refer you to the right direction or help herself! Can't recommend enough. Her staff are also always friendly and accommodating with appointments or changes.

My mother has been her patient for 20 years. Recently she had a walking pneumonia. Dr. Thomson wanted to put her on antidepressants. Unbelievable. Multiple visits and she put a senior in a precarious position by not prescribing or testing/treating in anyway. For years my mother has been misdiagnosed and mistreated by this horrible doc. DO NOT GO THERE.

Best doctor I have ever had! My husband goes to her as well.

She takes a genuine interest in her patients, follows up from previous visits, listens and doesn’t make you feel rushed or that your concerns are trivial, and, most important, is not a pill pusher. She recommends lifestyle changes as appropriate but, of course, supplements this with medication as necessary.

She takes the time to explain options and is very knowledgeable and up to date. She proactively tests for medical concerns based on your age and family history as well.

Hoping she will always be our doc.

Dr. Thomson was my GP until I moved out of Kelowna. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She takes all concerns seriously and is incredible when it comes to dealing with mental health issues.

Dr Thomson is the most caring doctor I've ever had. I've probably had 6 in my lifetime since Ive moved all over Canada. She listens, she reiterates then together we (ok mostly her) come up with a treatment plan. Because she is so very good at what she does it may take some time to schedule an appointment. However if its urgent her staff will fit you in A.S.A.P.

Best Dr. Ever....very thorough and caring. I never feel rushed and she is always willing to refer to a specialist if needed. The front staff is always friendly and caring and very clean.
If you really need to get an appointment they try really hard to get you in. I can’t say enough about the Dr. or the staff.

Best Doctor ever. I don't know of a more caring doctor. She listens to what I have to say then we have a conversation about my treatment. I've had other doctors in my life but none that didn't make me feel like a number, not doctor Thomson. I feel lucky to have met her and even luckier to be her patient. Thank you Dr. Thomson
