Front staff and nursing staff don’t make eye contact. They answer questions abruptly and have very poor bedside manner. Clinic is difficult to book into, staff rarely answer the phone.

Office books way too many people. Every appointment is overbooked with a 45-60mins wait for your own appointment. Plus getting an appointment is 9-12 months. Sometimes you can get lucky for a 3 month follow up. Still hasn't solved my rosacea issue and allergy to sun block? It's been 2 1/2 years with him. But the appointments are so spaced out to takes so long for addressing issues.
PS Staff at front desk are rude and are not flexible or empathetic to working with people/patients. Even helping an older gentleman with parking they were condescending.

Dr. Storwick is great. I have been seeing him for a continuing dermatological condition for the past 20 years or so. He always goes above and beyond to help. Because of this, his office is very busy with patients, and one may have to wait a few minutes to get in, but it is worth it. He is such a benefit to me and he has improved my life with his expertise and kindness. I appreciate him very much.

Since staff and doctors work together to provide an environment for a patient. I would like to say that his staff is rude, not polite (talking bad about patients in front of staff). I had to go to another dermatologist just because the staff will be continuously rude.
Never returned my calls, when calling for appointments will make me wait more than 20 min, or will show as busy and not take my calls.
Staff never mentions alternatives seeing the other doctors if some complications appear and Dr. Stowick is busy. The main issue is the staff.

Dr Storwick is great. I've been seeing him for a couple decades now. He prioritizes patients' best interests over his own income. He often tells me to save the little bit of money I have, that the cost of procedure A, B or C would not produce enough results for it to be worth it for me. I feel grateful and privileged to have him as my dermatologist.

The clinic has a very calm vibe to it. My appointment was first thing in the morning and I was seen right on time. Very friendly staff and COVID protocols were followed well. Dr. Storwick is jovial and very clever at his craft.

Was super impressed with my visit today. Covid protocols were easy to follow and well managed by all the staff in the clinic from what I could see. I was a bit nervous to see Dr. Storwick as my past experiences with a different dermatologist were not positive (they tried to push cosmetics on me through my entire appointment) but I found Dr. Storwick was very attentive to my issues and also provided advice that was very easy to follow and did not push any cosmetics on me, he gave me products to use that I could get from the grocery store. Overall, super happy with my visit and would totally recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for one
