Would not recommend and or return to Dr. Katz, horrible bedside manner and very rude. I have been seen as outside monitoring patient to become a surrogate. Went in for labwork and US, I am a mother myself so I had my young daughter with me for OV(whom was very good). As we proceeded to do US he recommended I leave her next time and not bring her. He not only stated this one time which would have sufficed he continued until US was done. I can understand why he was trying to say but the way he came off and how he said it was uncalled for. My friend was with me to hold my daughter and keep her from being in anyone's way and she was good. He had no reason to have to repeatedly tell me his recommendations, I was there for an US/labs. He was also rude to his RN towards the end which was uncalled for. I was hurt and very upset with how my visit went with this doctor.

I cannot say enough great things about this doctor and facility. I arrived at Shady Grove after 6 failed medicated cycles at another clinic, ready to move on to IVF and ready for my baby. Dr. Katz agreed with me that IVF was necessary, and it needed to happen soon. His staff was there with me answering all of my questions every step of the way. Dr. Katz even found an issue with my husband's fertility that the previous clinic had missed, and when I was hesitant on the finances he worked with me to make sure we could achieve our miracle. Amazingly, my first IVF cycle worked, I am now 25 weeks pregnant and could not be more thankful. I have no doubt that Shady Grove's commitment to success made all of this possible.

I love SGF! Dr. Katz was very flexible and was willing to try other treatments. I also adored my nurse Jenna. They are the reason I have beautiful twin boys.

Will not ever recommmend Shady Grove. Left me a 45 second voicemail saying I could not have a baby. Thanks so much for the consideration :’(

I was told I had a 6% chance of having a baby without IVF. Two months after we stopped trying because we couldn’t afford the $6,000 medicine to start the process we became pregnant on our own. This Dr. called himself God and has a gimmicky tendenancy to write upside down; which is bizarre given the serious nature of what we were going through.

Dr. Katz and the SGFC Team are beyond amazing and thanks to Dr. Katz we will be welcoming our our first baby. It was a rough year but we knew we were in great hands. We are so thankful and blessed to have had the opportunity to become a part of SGFC.

Dr. Katz was warm and helpful through our entire infertility experience. He always made me laugh and kept the mood light, which is exactly what I needed. I am currently 6 months pregnant with a girl and cannot thank Dr. Katz and his staff enough!

I am so thankful to have been assigned Dr. Katz as our Doctor when my husband and I had our consultation in March of 2015. He is a great doctor who makes you feel like you're his only patient. The whole Bel Air staff makes you feel this way.
