I’ve been seeing Dr.Torak-Both for 12 years. He always takes good care of me and notices things that I didn’t. I’m not very good at telling when things are not as they’re supposed to be.

Literally is the worst doctor of all time.

Went in with a major thyroid issue, a reading of 0.4 on my TSH levels - the point of alarm and serious side effects. I explained my family history of graves disease, pointed the rashes on my body (thyroid problems are usually found by dermatologists before anyone else), I pointed the lumps on my neck, and told him I had lost over 10lbs that week. He called me a liar, and said that my scale was broken. I told him the number from my scale at home, and we used his - it was exactly the same. He stormed out of the room like a little baby, because I was right. He never came back into the room and I left the appointment, I guess some tiny little men cannot admit when they are wrong.

Begrudgingly, I approached the front desk with concern, asking for anyone that could possibly help me with the issue and get me some help. Tears in my eyes, I asked to make a formal complaint about the way I had been treated by this "doctor". I left the clinic and about an hour later, i received a phone call from the receptionist - saying that he "forgot" to tell me about the blood tests.

The blood tests results came in, we get them delivered directly to our app in Alberta now, I could see the TSH levels and was very alarmed to see them @ 0.44

You can see by the information above, my readings were falling directly into the condition that I had came in worried about. When I went to discuss the results with him, he said that "everything looked normal". I just laughed and walked out.

The guy should have his medical license revoked - its not like he practices it anyways.

Absolutely disgusted by the quality of this "doctor". Even if you were the most oblivious and unintelligent person on the planet, you would still be able to tell from one visit that this greedy fraud deserves to have his license revoked and spend the remainder of his pathetic and sad existence in a prison cell where his cellmates force him to drop the soap. Abysmal treatment of my family, of myself, and my friends. If you have this numbskull as your family doctor, i STRONGLY urge you to get a new one, before he ruins your life too. No empathy for patients, tried to invalidate my medical history(I am medically diagnosed with autism, and he attempted to tell me I was faking it to skip school), zero compassion for anyone without money. If there was a score below 1 star I could deliver, I would. This sham only cares about your dollars, and if you don't have them, prepare to harass and be harassed for MONTHS to make ANY semblance of progress. Theres a special place in heck for doctors like this.

Absolutely horrible doctor. Only cares about the money he gets, and completely lacks compassion for his patients. My father-in-law, a very long time patient of his, just passed away, and this prick had the audacity to yell at my mother-in-law as she sobbed in his office, demanding she pay $35 before he would even talk to her and fill out her insurance paperwork. Don’t even think about making him your doctor if you want one who actually cares about you and your family.

He doesn't care. He won't listen to you and seems to only want you out of his office. If you or someone you know has him as a family doctor, strongly urge them to try and find a new doctor. Seemingly has zero empathy for his patients and only cares about less burden on himself.

I will start this with saying that my Dad died a week ago. Dr Torok-both was his family doctor. My mom goes in with some paperwork for the life insurance and he has the audacity to yell at her about not paying the 35 dollars first before asking if he could fill them out. If you are this lacking in an compassion, maybe you should stop practicing.

The worse doctor ever. I would have to fight with to get him to do anything (10 years). I would do long the leg work and tell this what I need done. He would also question everything “Why do you need that?” I asked his how to go about get a mammogram done. He replied “Why do you need that?” Well it was a good thing I got him to send my in for a mammogram because I have a fair size of a lump. I have also go to him because had pains off and on. I would be him I think have a bladder infection or something for about 5 years. And it was so bad went to emergency and was send for CT scan found out I have diverticulitis and a blockage to my kidney. Seen a specialist for the diverticulitis but I had to go make appointment with my family doctor. Well I did Dr. Torok-Both and he replied with “You have lived with this all your life, you are good.” Went back to the specialist and he send me to see a Urologist. Again someone else did Torok-Both job. I also fought with Torok-Both about my knee for 6 years that my knee is so sore there is time I can not walk and now I cannot kneel. It took a going to a physiotherapist send a letter back to him to send me for a MRI. Waiting now for surgery. Oh I have tried to get a knew doctor and I was told I can’t transfer to another doctor. Then later I was told can get a new doctor but when new doctors can in the clinic I would have to wait because I already have family doctor.

Worse doctor in the world. Went to the ER for massive head pain. Would not address my concerns and thought I needed mental health pills. Ended up leaving and going to a hospital in Edmonton and diagnosed with encephalitis . Thanks for nothing. Terrible doctor.
