i'm not surprised at all to read that other people have had problems with dr. pang. i have never had such a bad experience in my entire life! whatever you do, do NOT use this dr. his staff never answers the phone, and i am not exagerating. they also very rarely return phone calls, which is terrible because not being able to get ahold of your dr. when you're having a pain flair is NOT a good thing. his staff are the worst kind imaginable, and i was literally verbally abused by them on several occasions. the final straw for me was after his staff messed up my appointment for the 3rd time, and even though it was their mistake, and i would be out of my pain meds before they could get me in, they refused. i spent five days of phone calls with them, finally ending by Them telling ME, dr. pang was no longer willing to see me as his patient, if you can believe that. to make it worse, then they sent me a bill for an appnt that never happened, & made up false & imflamatory med notes to go w/it.

Dr. Pang is one of the best doctor's I have seen. He is compassionate and really cares about his patients. He has so many patients to take care of so I understand when he takes longer than expected. He takes care of me and my needs. I would recommend him to other pain patients.

After being referred to Dr. Pang, I left not one but two messages - the second message teary and practically begging someone to phone me back so I could get an appointment "even if it is months away". NOTHING. Super professional and caring, huh!?? I'd love if MORE people who just hit delete on messages at medical offices would be in my life. I went to another pain specialist, explained the situation and didn't even need a referral. Screw them. It's bad business for anyone, but especially when your clientele are KNOWN to be in dire need of pain mgmt.

Dr.Pang is an excellent pain specialist who could benefit by doing a better job of listening to his patients & taking their pain level concerns more seriously.I am tired of humiliated by begging for help and not recieving any.
