I really wish I’d looked at the doctors ratings before going there on Saturday. He didn’t look directly at me once, didn’t talk, told me that it’s nothing and it’ll run it’s course and if it’s strep they call me. Turned around and walked out. Three days later my symptoms are worse and my cough is deep in my chest so I went to another reputable doctor and I’ve got a full fever and bronchitis.

This Dr. Collett needs his license taken away simply based on the ratings which all seem to be similar and not to mention his unethical past. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS GUY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL!

Frank is absolutely DOG SHIT! This loser should have his medical license revoked and be put in a old folks home to sit and stare out a dirty window for the remainder of his miserable existence. For someone who deals with health and medicine such as Frank the tank, he should look on the mirror and do some serious reflection. DO THE WORLD AND FAVOUR AND RETIRE ALREADY OL BOY.

This guy doesn't do anything to look into your child's ailments, he'll just looked at my daughters throat, left the room, came back with a prescription and said the pharmacist will explain all. His diagnosis was Strepp, my daughter DID NOT have strepp. A REAL doctor took one look and noticed what was really wrong, that my daughter was at the end of her 5ths disease, which cannot be treated with the anti-biotic he put my daughter on for a week. Now she recovering and it's ABSOLUTELY not due to "Frank's" poor understanding of the medical field. I highly recommend Noone goes to him ever, (especially after reading past reviews). This man is everything that is wrong with the Healthcare system. Please refuse Dr. Frank Colletts attention to your children, keep them safe by bringing them to an intelligent professional, and not this HACK

Doctor Collett has been my Family Doctor for over five years and provides an excellent service, he is thorough and listens and addresses my concerns and I would highly recommend him to future patients.

This doctor is Terrie omg. He doesn't talk he does not smile he just gives you meds then it's onto the next victim I seriously do not know why he Is still in practice or how he is! So rude all he cares about is the money for your visit. If you would like to see a real doctor at deer valley medical go see Dr Colbert who actually cares about your health. This doctor is horrible. He doesn't even ask about allergies,
Throws prescriptions at you and out you go.

Dr. Collett barely said 2 words to me when I brought my infant son in for some breathing issues. After a very brief (and silent) exam be left the room without saying anything and returned with a prescription. I felt as though he was annoyed that we had come in to see him even thought the nurse on health link instructed us to have him examined by a doctor. He handed me the Rx and was about to walk out of the room without explaining anything to me at all. I had to ask for information and he seemed annoyed to provide me with even a brief explanation. Despite accurately addressing my son's medical concern, the encounter with this doctor was very cold and odd.

I call ahead to see who the walk in doctor is to make sure it's not him. I finally decided I was done with him when my sister went in for a severe allergic reaction, massive swelling of her face and neck, and he told her to go home and take Advil. Needless to say we left and took her to the hospital where she was put in iv and given drugs to help. Awful awful awful. It's like he doesn't even care.
