My family learned of Dr. smith while waiting in the ER. after being refused surgery for 3 years and avoided by all doctors FRANK listened and helped. he is the most caring doctor i have ever spoke with. his impact on our lives is huge!! i am forever grateful for him. and for the lady who told me about him. Thank you for being a great human. we need more like you!

I have been his patient al ost 25 yearsHe has always been kind and considerate without him I would be in a Wheelchair or worse I miss him now that he is retired and Hope Ican find a surgeon half as good D S
