Dr. Holfeld was pleasant. She efficiently treated skin lesions. To be careful took a biopsy. Does follow up appts. to monitor conditions. Receptionist is excellent. Waiting room time was reasonable. Lots of free parking.

Pleasant but not super helpful. She sent me for allergy testing and then forgot that she'd done so. When I went for a follow-up appointment for her to check the test results, she didn't remember seeing me or why I was there, even though it had only been a couple of weeks. I had to remind her of my diagnosis.

I went to see her for a reoccurring painful rash that has caused a lot of disruption to my quality of life. She barely spent time looking at it an said it was eczema. I put up with pain and embarrassment for years. I went on an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suddenly my rash cleared up. So I was living with a skin bacterial infection for years and a skin specialist couldn't figure this out? That seems fairly entry level...

I had a really good experience with Dr. Holfeld and her staff. I had pigmentation on my face and I was quite worried but now my skin shines. The ointment that she advised worked miracles. The receptionist was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Holfeld’s waiting time is extremely ridiculous. Waited one whole year and a half for an appointment just to go in and have to wait another 50 minutes. When called in, the appointment was only 15 minutes long with her sighing and appearing to be very bored. The assistants have always been helpful, but I find myself dreading when Holfeld comes in herself. Wouldn’t recommend. Wait times are terrible and staff never picks up their phone

I have seen Dr Holfeld several times. She is pleasant and deals with the skin issues I have. I am very pleased with my experiences with her. The last time I saw her, I got an appointment the same day I called. The reception staff are excellent.

Why is she never ever on time. Why do we have appts and wait do better
Sign says cancellations within 24 hour subject to 50$ fee. Lol. How about if you wait longer than 30 minutes for your scheduled appt she pays you.

Went to see her as I was suffering a severe allergic reaction. She prescribed me medication (creams) was suppose to fax it over to the pharmacy 3 days later and 5 phone calls I AM STILL waiting for my prescription 😳

Absolute waste of time. 40 minutes waiting for appointment. I was new so her receptionist had me fill out a new patient form but told me to keep it and take it into the room with me. Nothing about any medical history was added to a chart. What was the point of me filling this paper out for Dr Holfeld to not even look at it? Not once did she ask me about my medical history, ask me to take my mask off, or listen to what I had to say. I drove 45 minutes to her office, waited 40 minutes to get in, all to be told to take an over the counter allergy med… that I’ve been taking daily for 11 months that hasn’t helped… could have figured that one out myself without wasting gas and losing half a days pay from work. Thanks Karen. 🫶🙃
