I have only been a patient for a year. I at one point was very please. I never met the doctor and have only dealt with the nurse practitioner. I was very pleased with her services. I believe there has been a recent staff change at the front desk and feel the customer service has gone quickly downhill!You are lucky to get a call back or follow up communication at this practice. The staff has a strong lack of communication with each other and their patients. Do not expect to be able to just talk to your doctor if you have general questions on what your next steps are after a serious on going medical issue. Please expect at least a week delay as well as no call back. However, if they are short staffed or do not have an answer for you right away, please expect no call back to let you know they are still working on it and do not have any answer for you yet. The staff called me to provide my test results as being negative. As a patient being on medication (blood thinners) in relation to my condition asked what the next steps are. The staff member stated she would have the doctor call me back. After trying to contact them for just shy of a week, I call again. Yes I am angry! I am then instructed me that I need to come in. I ask why and that I would like to speak to the doctor to have a better understanding as my results came back negative. After speaking with Dr. Parween Moness on the phone I expressed my concern of the lack of communication and was quickly dismissed and made it feel it was my fault that I should have known that I needed to come back in for a reevaluation. Sorry I'm not a doctor and when the results come back negative I as a patient would like some answers. No one called me back to communicate that I needed to be seen again or tried to call to help schedule me an appointment! I was ignored! Not the type of practice I want to rely on my medical care with!! As a result, it was communicated by Dr. Moness that if I was not happy with her or her staff that it be best I find another physician! If you choose not to listen to your patients....Happy to leave!
