Dr. Lagman took care of us and was really patient and understanding with all of our questions. He made a point to make sure we understood the process that he would be taking us through and was great at explaining things in terms that were clear for us. A lot of doctors I have had use a lot of medical jargin and he intentionally made complicated concepts simple for us.

Dr. Lagman treated me like family and truly made me feel that my health mattered to him. He happily answered all our questions. While incredibly knowledgable, Dr. Lagman was very good at explaining things in a way that my family and I could understand.
