Dr. Wallace was a wonderful comfort when I was diagnosed with Graves Disease a few years ago. She genuinely cared and I truly believe she felt she was helping when she "treated" me with radioactive iodine. Sadly, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year and every single health care professional involved in my care agreed that the radioactive iodine led to the cancer as it's quite common. This was extremely disheartening to hear and this, along with a few other more recent interactions, caused me to lose a lot of faith in our medical system. I've since done extensive research and have learned that there are so many proven treatments for Graves that involve healthy lifestyle and environmental changes and I did not NEED to ingest literal radiation that was brought to me in a thick lead-lined container by a person in a hazmat suit!!! Looking back, this was INSANE, but I believed in Dr. Wallace's "expertise". Like many others in health care, they don't understand healing but simply how to treat symptoms using medications; many very very dangerous with long term, potentially deadly, side effects. She didn't "treat" my thyroid disease, she killed my thyroid and gave me cancer too.

Please please please do your own research and learn from my mistake that there are ways to heal your body that don't involve radiation and other dangerous medications. How many others have been through what I did, or sadly, did not survive at all?

Dr. Wallace saved my life. One of the best doctors I’ve been blessed by. If there are angels here on earth, then Dr. Wallace must be one of them.

Dr Wallace is the best! She has been my Dr since the early 90's when I was first diagnosed with Graves disease and later with diabetes. Her understanding and empathy is so rare in many Dr's of her status. I am sorry that she is retiring her practice, (purely selfish reason) I wish only the best for her future.

Another 5* tribute to Dr. Wallace. I will miss you and your help with my diabetes, but there is nobody better to train up new doctors in the field. Thank you for your years of care and all the best with your new endeavors.

I've had NO regrets with my choice of receiving two pancreas islet transplants, which Dr. C Wallace suggested back in 2010. My body no longer able to sense extremely low blood glucose levels (hypoglycemia under 4.0) was labelled brittle. My first transplant was June 26, 2012, and the second July 30, 2014. This was done at the University of Alberta hospital in Edmonton. I have family living there also which was even better. I've achieve better blood glucose levels and also sense my hypoglycemia symptoms. Dr. Wallace, thanks for your professional care and concern. Wishing the very best in your future position, training and educating many more doctors!

I have been seeing Dr. Wallace since I was diagnosed in 2006 and she has always been an amazing endocrinologist! She is a wonderful woman and I am sad that I will not be able to say farewell to her when she retires. I let my patient status fall behind and now I need to get a referral again. NOT making an appointment and sitting in my doctors office just to get a referral to go to another appointment...LOL

I had nothing but great experiences with this office and helping me with maintaining my diabetes.

Worest endocrinologist ever. Difinately bottom of barrel quality. This women is do old and out of date that she probably has not even taken a course in 40 years. As a result of 10 years being a patient of hers I am currently in the hospital waiting for quadruple bypass surgery. Her mismanagement and poor advice and medications directly contributed to this worse case complication of diabetes.

Dr. Wallace is the best Endocrinologist around as far as I am concerned. Shes been mine for over 15 years. I have referred people to her and they have thanked me because she has fixed them and they feel great. I hate to see her retire later this year. She will be missed big time.
