I used to go to Dr. Arce years ago (20+) and really liked her. I moved and quit going to her. I found her again and she was close to my work so I starting seeing her regularly again. She was just as nice as I always remembered her, always seemed concerned and I am very happy with her as a doctor. I also like that the staff normally gets me in in the same day. I recommend her and I am not a friend or employee- just a happy patient :)

She is the worst Doctor ever. Does not care about your health. Went to her because I was not feeling good and she wanted me to go see a counselor??? I was like I have a flu or a bug. Never examined me just sat in the corner typing on her laptop.. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!

By far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She does not listen at ALL. I must have had to repeat my reason for being there at least 10 times in the 5 minutes she spent with me as a new patient. She did not care to get to know about me or my past medical problems and although I was running fever and hunched over with stomach pain she gave no evaluation to my stomach or any medication. When she went to listen to my lungs she told me take a deep breath and then asked a question. As I began to answer she told me "stop talking cause I can't hear you." The office staff makes excuses and tells you that these reviews are written by old grumpy patients. I am 36yrs old and a very happy person. If you want a doctor that treats you and listens, do not go to this doctor!!!!

Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I waited an hour before the receptionist told me she forgot to verify my insurance and the office had gone to lunch. She asked me to wait another hour! She seemed to care less and wasted my time.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD!!! She was totally uninterested in my condition. I have had back pain in the past and have never had a provider want to do a rectal exam. Would not listen, repeated herself over and over, did not examine me, rude, not knowledgable, UNBELIEVABLE!! I have gone to this office for years but have not had any medical problems in 5 years. Now I needed help and received none. The worst ever. And it looks like she posts to this with caps giving herself smiley faces. This woman has no professional capabilities and in my opinion has some psycological issues also. Where is Dr. Snyder and Ku when you need them?

She seemed like I was wasting her time with my concerns, and questions. Seems like just wanted to get out of the examining room, and did not really care about me or my health issues. She also told me that I had poor hygeine, although I had showered minutes before leaving my apt. to go to her office. She is some one I will avoid, I have picked a new primary physician and I am not 100% satisfied. My opinion of Dr. Arce is AWFUL.

I can relate to most of the comments posted here. The staff is hardworking and very courteous. They go the extra mile to assist the patient, but when it comes to getting referrals for serious (or potentially serious) conditions, you can whistle dixie. You just about have to be dead before anything gets done. Another problem is Dr. Arce tends to be inattentive while I'm trying to explain my problems. Her mind seems thousands of miles away and her responses aren't always appropriate. Sometimes she just gets up and leaves the room. I'm bewildered by her demeanor.
