Dr. Reyes may be okay, but his staff ruins it for him. They charged me for an out-of-network visit when it was in-network, and on the next visit had Dr. Reyes see me instead of my usual doctor even though Dr. Reyes who was out-of-network for my insurance. They knew this but switched doctors anyway so I had to pay more. Now they refuse to give me a refund even though I have an overpayment on my account. It's very difficult to speak to anyone in the clinic and even harder to get a return call or any kind of assistance. They act like they're doing you some big favor even talking to you. I discussed all of this with my insurance and they said to change doctors. Luckily insurance is going to see if they can adjust the charges but then I'll just have an even bigger refund that this clinic won't give me. I will be going elsewhere because I don't need the extra pain they're causing me.

As reported by a previous patient, what a welcomed change by a doctor who truly listens & tries problem-solving with the patient. Dr. Reyes is a compassionate, empathetic person & doctor who truly wants the best for his patients...& that is to be pain-free. His staff are somewhat slow at times & appear disorganized. Dr. Reyes' care makes up for the impatientance felt by the patient. I would recommend Dr. Reyes to anyone I know with no hesitation.

What a pleasant, caring doctor. He has such a great demeanor and took the time to listen (unlike how I was treated when I was seeing another pain management doctor) I would recommend Dr. Reyes to anyone who is feed up with the lack of care they are receiving from other doctor.
