This Dr literally crippled me. No remorse whatsoever. My right hand is now no use to me. Had to go on disability because unable to do job anymore. Dr Van Ryan told me to go bankrupt over his mistake.

In 2014 I broke my right ankle on the job. Dr. Van Ryn did surgery and negligently broke my right knee. For 4 years I fought for compensation to only be swept under the rug by his team of arrogant lawyers. He has no compassion or accountability for his mistakes. I have a life time complication with my right knee due to his negligence. The law suit lasted for 4-5 years. No amount of money will ever give back the full use of my knee. I was compensated right when covid out break began. I had not worked in almost 2 years and my life decision was to survive. Had I not accepted the low ball amount, My trial would have been pushed back for another year. So of course Doctors were given the title as heroes during covid out break, which compromised my case even more. Had I waited for the trial, I would have absolutely $0.
The jury would have been made of people who love their doctors, I wasn't looking to get rich but I was treated by him and his team of lawyers as if I did something wrong. I do not recommend anyone to this man. He never looked me in my face during depos, nor would he apologize for his negligence. They looked at me as a black woman trying to get a free ticket. I have worked for everything I have. My struggle continues .

Dr Van Ryn...treated me. as I came directly to the hospital from the airport, and flight after a devastating accident while on vacation in Papeete, Tahiti.He is a most professional,kind, compassionate, & knowledgeable Doctor. We had never met, before this situation, and I'm still under his care...we will not change doctors even though we drive 100 miles one way..to see him..and it will remain that way..for any future needs..He is the Best!! and recommend him so many times!

Very Very Bad doctor. Please go to someone-anyone else. I went to him for back pain and he told me that the REASON for my back pain was because I am obese. He didn't even take a MRI or xrays. I know I'm fat but that was not the REASON for my back pain. The reason was because I had two herniated disks in back--As I found out from a real doctor. Office staff was very nice.

Dr Van Ryn replaced my hip and had me back up and on my feet that same day a few hours later. I was able to function in a very short time and with minimal discomfort. My pain was kept to a bare minimum, His staff was very helpful and courtious. I never had to wait more than a few min to be checked in and in a room. I have had my hip for a little over three years now and can do almost anything I want within reason, I clime stairs, sit with no pain, and most of all can get out and enjoy doing things with my children not just watch them. I would remomend Dr Van Ryn to anyone.
