The worst medical experience i have ever had. Terrible bedside manner. i was at city of hope for 52 days.. dr. chow was my doctor... i only saw him ONVE...at my first initial intake. he was rude. he implied that the reason my other specialist was offering chemo was for financial gain.... when i aked him, "why did my other doctor think chemo was an option to consider?" his answer was, "maybe he's in private practice"...in ferring that my other doctor was going to gain financially. disgusting and untrue thing to say. He should have been put on probabtion for saying such a horrible thing. i knew that when i left his office that he did NOT CARE about me, about my health... about going the extra mile. there was no follow ups with him.. just terrible. now i wonder if my care there had to do with that i was a charity case.... md.anderson is the leading authority in sarcomas..they would have opted to offer chemo... Chow didn't.maybe it is city of hope who cares about the $ and not the patient
