Dr. Rock was extremely rude and very condescending. She asked me several questions but seemed to be bothered to hear the answer. She didn't listen and I had to repeat myself several times. She does not know me, and does not want to listen and then makes her own uneducated judgements. Her response to my extreme pain was that I needed to go to sleep. When she finally gave me prescription it was something that did put me to sleep. I thought it was going to relieve my pain, instead I spent a whole day in and out of sleep while I was trying to care for my young children. I never took it again. I would rather be in pain and conscious to care for myself and my family. Do NOT seek medical advice from this "doctor". I also had seen her for a prenatal exam one time when my regular doctor had an emergency, and she could not tell me how many centimeters I was dilated. She held up her fingers and said "this much", when I asked how many centimeters, she didn't even know!!

The staff here has to be some of the rudest in town. Want to be put on hold so long you forget why you called? Call this place! Dr. Rock is completely clueless when it comes to diagnosis. You would think that a Dr. would at least flip through someone's chart before walking into the apt.-but not this Dr! She told a friend of mine to go to a phy. therapist for hip pain. Turned out it was cancer and she died a few months later. A real Dr. could've caught that. I'm leaving this place and never looking back!

I went to Dr Rock for a number of years and often felt the office staff was rude and less than helpful. One day a mistake was made in scheduling and I expressed concerns, I was treated very badly by the office staff. When I tried to call to talk directly to the Doctor the staff refused to let me speak to her and insisted I make an another appointment. When I finally did speak to the Doctor she totally blasted me as if I was at fault, it was very evident that a member of her staff had already told a story to cover their mistake. Dr Rock does not listen the way a Doctor should and I will never again be a patient nor would I recommned her.

I enjoy going to Dr. Rock. She is very friendly and knowledgable and wouldn't stop until I was diagnosed correctly. I wouldn't change doctors for anything.

At my first visit, Dr. Rock didn't realize it was a first visit until 10 minutes into the session. Because it was a first visit, I felt it was appropriate to bring up previous health issues and concerns. To EVERY SINGLE ITEM her response was "you're health, don't worry". She prescribed a flex sig without telling me one single fact about it. Her nurse assured me it was painless, which it was not. At the appointment for the flex sig, I was turned away and told to reschedule (after fasting, enema, etc.) because the receptionist had (on purpose) booked 3 people into the same slot. When I expressed anxiety about the procedure to the nurse in a phone call, I was told that "at my age (51) I had better get used to these kinds of procedures because I'll be having a lot of them." Overall, I found the office callous, cavalier, and compassion-less. I did get an apology from Dr. Rock about the flex sig mess, but she also confessed that she herself refused to have one. Go figure.
