Dr. Diep is not my primary doctor but I have closely observed him in caring for a patient of his because I'm a patient advocate who has come to many of her appointments. My observation? Dr. Diep is truly really exceptional in focus and care for this patient at least. I mean, we both feel touched and grateful his caring including his really hearing her needs and including his research for her condition. My friend really feels Dr. Diep is here for her and that he wants her to feel better. And, also, while he he is doctor and must cover all aspects even if only for legal reasons, we both noticed how genuinely he respects her choices on what to do or not; autonomy as a patient. Hands down I recommend anyone looking for a primary care family doctor to go see him and see what your experience is. Paul

I went there this week and I noticed new staff in front and they were very sweet and polite to me and they smelled good and looked beautiful. The nurse was very nice and checked me in professionally. Then Dr Diep examined me and checked all of my vitals and gave me the prescriptions I needed to get well. I had to change cough medicine one time and I only had to call the front desk to get the medicine changed and Dr Diep called me back to check up on me and see how i was doing and called in my prescription for me. I have never had a problem with Dr Brian Diep and I see new people in the front desk so I think people might try again if they had any problems in the past. I can't see them girls in front being rude to any one. There too sweet and kind to be mean or rude to anyone. I just don't see it. from Mark Forti

I went in for an overall checkup, and the doctor was fine. However, his staffs were extremely rude and have no manner. By a brief exchange with the office lady, one could tell she was in it for money. She was impatient and constantly deviated from my questions. Furthermore, she made me feel like I owe her something when she said she was doing me a "favor" by answering my questions. As long as she's in the customer service sector, I have no faith that there can be another human being as uncivilized as her.

Horrible horrible staff. The front office staff was rude. The Dr. was rude. They over billed my insurance and me. They still keep trying to collect even after the insurance has paid.

Horrible misdiagnosed my child. All he did was hand out referrals. Wouldn't recommended him to my worst enemy
