we discussed a medical issue but he had clearly made a dx for a VA, after talking on the phone for less than ten minutes to a patient. whom has seen
and made a dx that affected a veteran that no other Dr. had ever made after years of studies
from top clinicians around the country . and they never came to this dx. I am not even sure if he is licensed in the united states as he is Dept of VA .

Dr. Cofresi failed/refused to diagnose and treat my Diabetes and Kidney Cancer. Dr. Cofresi tried to stop my life saving surgery and had no problems risking my life. When I asked him why he did this, Dr. Cofresi told me that he was only following orders.
