I've never felt like a doctor actually cared about my ailments until now. He asked questions & recorded notes like I've never experienced before. I have had a chronic cough for 7 years, other doctors couldn't help me after extensive test & trials, but I actually have hope Dr. Burgoyne will be able to find a solution. He really cares!!! I wish he could be my family doctor.

Seen Dr. Burgoyne at the Apple Plaza Walk in Clinic late afternoon on a Friday. Dr. Burgoyne took the time to ask questions, listen to the answers and then get clarification of those answers. His knowledge of the symptoms I explained had saved my life. He sent me to the Emergency Department at the Penticton Regional Hospital where it was found I had two blood clots (1 in each lung). My family and I are so great full you take the time to listen to your patience.

Took my 6m old son into to see him after having fed him carrots for the first time and he had broken out in severe hives. And he told me that I was over reacting that it was only a heat rash to just take him home cool him down. Because babies dont have allergies. It turns out that my son has extreme life threatning allergies since birth. That was the last time I went to see him.
