There are not words enough to praise Dr. O'neal. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out, I was treated very well. The office staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. O'neal was extremely concerned and helpful. I had been trying unsuccessfully for 2 years to find an orthopedic surgeon to examine the source of pain in my knee replacement. My mobility has been severely limited during this time. My previous doctor would do nothing to help. My dissatisfaction with him led me to the excellent doctor I found in Heather O'neal. Within the first week of being her patient, I had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. She had to make a lot of calls herself and plead my case to several doctors. She called me herself to keep me informed of failures and best of all, success. Dr. O'neal recognized my medical need immediately and found the appropriate help. I am now working with an orthopedic surgeon. I don't think I'd be able to walk at all within a year if not for Dr. O'neal.
