This is the worst doctor in the city. Lazy and uncompassionate. I am a clinical case manager and saw he was advertising "accepting patients". So I took two clients to him with autism. They exhibited some behaviors when they are agitated in the waiting area. Dr. Cheung took one look and refused to see either of them. Didn't even give an official reason but it was clear he doesn't want to deal with anyone with intellectual disability. His front desk staff tried to cover for him while he hid in the back.

Our family has seen Dr. Cheung for one year, he’s professional and caring, the clinic is tidy and staffs are friendly. I was quite surprised reading so many bad reviews and don’t think these really represent the doctor that I know of. Dr. Cheung follows up with all our health conditions, refers us to specialists if needed, provides helpful advises and prescriptions. He’s been the best family doctor we have had, and even our kids like him.

Dr Cheung was unprofessional and provided unsolicited advise about me and my uterus. It was absolutely the worst experience. Ladies - if you want to be told that you need to be a baby factory (no matter what your appointment is for), then I would say, this doctors for you.
I will never see this man again.

I just finished speaking with Dr. L. K. Cheung, and while I believe it is possible he is knowledgeable about his field, he was entitled and frankly did not do his job as a healthcare professional. I have not been able to see a doctor due to covid making clinics close early, and a lack of a vehicle, and I had 3 requests. Because I needed a return to work form done he considered that enough work for him to do in this visit, and told me to go see my family doctor, even though he has no idea if i even have one. I had to bargain with him to do one of the two remaining healthcare requirements which shouldn't even be a problem as one was just a simple perscription. His behavior was disgraceful as a medical health practitioner.

I think Dr. Cheung has used up all his 'bed-side manner' skills. I agree 100% with all the negative reviews. Uncommunicative (actually told me "not to make him mad" with my questions), rude and not very thorough (he forgot I came for a physical, then said we were out of time). Told me to lose six pounds but had not bothered to weigh me in three years. I dropped him and got a real doctor whom I have more confidence in.

His staff are entirely disinterested in patients, if not outright rude. This seems to be a theme, as a Dr. Cheung tends to be quite rude (and condescending), as well. If you want a doctor that looks for the root cause of ailment, find another doctor.

He may run late occasionally but the clinic is excellent and Dr. Chung has an excellent caring disposition and skinny fingers

this doctor is worst doctor, today is my first pregnancy check, after I told him, I feel nausea and vomit on the morning and night time, he start to refute my opinion, even i didn't done my speaking yet. he said feeling nausea is psychology effection, and he said I'm not good for manners, not respect to others, what the hill it is. after 30 mins rebutting, He final recognize I am in pregnancy period time! before he start to meet me, he is not checking my report? he isn't know I am doing pregnancy checking in this time, why it is so stupid. and he also ask me to do blood test right after he found I am pregnancy. but the problem is I don't all the blood test one month ago, why he didn't check my history and then talk. what a worst doctor he is. so bad!!!!! I must have to change my family doctor right away!!!! never want to see him again.
