Dr. Ying has been my family doctor for over 15 years and always have cared for my health and family's health. He actively listens to my medical conditions and is very friendly and approachable.

Dr Ying has been my family doctor for over 30 years. He is very proactive with my health and medical conditions. Always takes the time to have a chat when I see him. Has even visited me at the hospital after surgery.
I wonderful doctor and a kind man. I will miss him when he retires.

Dr. Ying is a wonderful Doctor. He has been my Doctor for the last 15 years. He is caring and concerned.

This fellow is completely useless. He is always in a rush, seldom in a good mood, does not listen and asks the same question that was answered two minutes ago. After relating your concern, he would come up with his customary response " how come?"

I have had Dr. Ying as my physician since he opened his practice in Pickering in the late eighties and he has been consistent in his warm and concerned care for over 30 years. Just a wonderful Doctor and terrific guy. Highly recommend him.

The front desk staff does not care about the patients.
He rushes you out of his office and does not know how to speak with his patients. You get the impression that you are bothering him when you have an appointment with him (both on the phone or in person). He would ask you the same question over and over as he does not listen to what you are saying, or his memory is shallow. When you relate your problem to him, he says "how come?". If we knew what the problem is, we would not go to see him.

Dr Ying is awesome. Been seeing him for 25 years now. He's very empathetic and loves to hear about what's going on in your life. Also remembers what you told him. He's great.
