Not knowledgable in issues that are within Primary Care-- including on follow ups no further education--The expectation on patients to tell her how to treat them is inappropriate

. Cannot get ahold of her EVER. And when you do you’re given an appointment that is never on time. When you arrive and go to your appointment she doesn’t show compassion, doesn’t smile & has zero emotion. Great if you looked up your issue yourself and you need pills. I’ve been going to her for 23 years and have been trying to get a new dr for awhile. She doesn’t take anyone young-adult seriously & cannot help you with sexual health, very awkward. She left me in the stirrups at my Pap smear for 20 mins while she went and talked to other patients. She rushes you and takes way too many patients at a time. DO NOT go here.

I have been seeing Dr Keyes since the 80s . I have many health issues and she is easy to talk to and refers me if needed to specialists. I was in a terrible accident and she was very compassionate in my care. She was also my mother's doctor and gave her great care. I think the world of her and she knows I only call if I am very sick . May God bless her in all she does for her patients. One other thing I have great respect for her staff also .

Unfortunately not a good doctor. Seems distracted and you will always feel rushed in her presence. Doesn't seem to have a great beside manner let alone compassion. Quick to prescribe pills and prescriptions instead of getting to the "why" of your troubles. She is in the wrong profession.

Consistent excellent service over many years. Arrive prepared with necessary relevant, concise information (not rambling) and she delivers!

I really am grateful to have Dr Keyes as my physician and would like to thank for her help in my medical 'concerns, but I do have 1 complaint that seems a theme with other patients.
Poor organization as far as booking- you can never get a hold of the clinic by phone-its either off the hook or they leave a message saying they are busy (all week!!) and its been like this for years.
This needs to be rectified for client care-we are paying these doctors for care with our taxes-they should at least be able to be reached for appointments.
Otherwise keep up the good work- much appreciated.

Great doctor, horrible admin staff. Almost impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment. You should not have to physically DRIVE to your doctor's office to make an appointment. Ridiculous! Get a multi-line switchboard, people!!
