I’ve had Dr Jhaveri for a long time. She is a very compassionate doctor and does an excellent job. She takes her time with you She is a perfectionist and is an excellent doctor. She gets a perfect rating from me.

My last visit was this summer when I had strep and even though I was having hard time talking because I could not stop coughing, everyone was very nice and patient with me.
I have been seeing. Dr. Jhaveri for many years and I am not looking forward to the time when she will say she had enough and wants to retire.
The practice is very busy lately and it is very hard to get an appointment, but still I try to avoid going to a walk-in clinic.

I have had Dr Jhaveri since she started her practice. She is the best Doctor I have had in my 58 years of life. she is pleasant and always helpful. she is very busy and I understand that. I hope she doesn't retire anytime soon illmiss her!

My family has been with her for 20 years and not once have we been properly cared for. She is always late. She refuses yearly check ups, even for when we were children. She rushes through every appointment. For phone visits due to the pandemic, she says she'll call you within a 2 hour window, which she frequently misses. In addition, phone calls last a maximum of 3 minutes before she pretty much hangs up on you. Appointments are usually booked for 2-3 weeks after you need them. Only real use we've ever had for her is getting referrals or prescriptions refilled. Though when we call the office Dr Dawood usually fills our prescriptions instead and often too late.

WORST doctor I’ve ever come across. Was so sick, and she was no help and fired me as a patient because I called her out on what the hospital had to fix.
Her staff, incredibly rude, and disrespectful.

She is THE worst doctor I have ever spoken with, extremely rude and unprofessional. She was practically screaming on the phone and fighting with us because they left us 5 messages and we didn't answer and it appeared that THEY didn't update their system after which she said it's not her responsibility to do so and that they are under staffed!! When I asked her to speak with me in a proper way she told me to find myself another family doctor although "SHE" is not my doctor. UNACCEPTABLE

Dr Jhaveri is fantastic. She is very professional, excellent at diagnosing issues and timely. I could not ask for a better doctor. Her staff is excellent as well. This is a very busy practice but I have never been disappointed when I call.

Love the doctor but the staff isn't very nice and it always takes many trys to get a hold of the office when you call. Always have to call like 10 times before I can get through.

Very difficult to call into office. After dialing an average of 70 times I'm typically put on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told the doctor is not available to talk to me. Why doesn't reception ask the nature of my call first instead of saying please hold and not giving me an option to speak. Have mixed diagnosis and even a specialist appointment booked for the exact opposite problem I was seeing Jhaveri for. Wait time at the office is about 20 - 30 minutes. The one time I was two minutes late I got a "my aren't we punctual" from Jhaveri.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jhaveri since her practice opened in Waterloo. She is the best doctor I ever had. Very thorough and NOT a pill pusher. I love having her as my Dr.
