This doctor chased down an issue my GP refused to at a lactation consult. She called me at home to follow up and even forced his hand to get with the program! Months later as I muddled through PPD she showed me compassion I've never seen from a doctor. She really cares. I'll never forget the few visits I had with her, in those few visits she restored my faith in the medical profession. Just came on here and see she's retiring. I'm sure she'll keep shining that light wherever she goes. <3<3<3

Dr Meldrum is the best of the best. She saved my life 32 years ago and has been there for my family and me ever since. I will miss her dearly!

I am completley blessed to have Dr Meldrum as my family physican over the last 13 years. I seriously don't know what I am going to do without her. I was just in too see her and seen anotice on the board to nominate the family physican for 2011.(www.familymedicine.ca) I have just filled out the on-line application,and am very proud to have had Dr Meldrum in my life as well as my daughters. Thank You Thank You Thank You. i wish nothing but the best for her !!!!

Best Doctor ever - 15 years!! What are we going to do without her? I pray that someone as good will take her file load. She has been a God send.

I am truly sad that Dr. Meldrum is retiring. She is the only Doctor I have ever gone to that truly cares for her patients. She has been my Doctor for 23 years, she was also my Moms Doctor for years.

Perhaps we've got the wrong Dr. Meldrum but was very unfriendly, impatient and unkind to my daughter just when she needed help and reassurance.

This doctor is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had the fortune to meet. You ask a question regardless of it's importance she makes it her mission to seek an answer.Then after her busy long day she will phone you at home and give you the answer. Yes the wait can be long but she will peek her head in just to let you know that she knows your there. I don't know what I will do with out her as my doctor.

Dr Meldrum has been my doctor for 28 years. She delievered me! she is amazing.. really takes the time to help you and makes you feel comfortable in any situation. Anyone who has her as their family doctor is very lucky.
