The most ignorant dentist office I have ever gone to. They stole my headphones from the waiting area and then blamed it on the cleaning staff. The front desk people are obnoxious and disrespectful. I called to speak with someone in charge and the front desk help called me RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT. I had been considering leaving before hand because they constantly call and try to suggest you need work that you don't need. Money hungry. Nancy the hygienist is the only good thing about that place. My family won't be back.

I have been with Dr. Brown since I moved to Maryland 30 years ago. I have never had a bad experience with him, and always found him to be friendly, sincere, and helpful. He has taken care of myself and my entire family, and we have never had a complaint.

While Dr. Brown is extremely polite, his staff members are disrespectful and rude, especially Roc****e and Ja**e. When I originally went to Dr Brown, I was told I needed 4 filling and a wisdom tooth extracted. I was given a Primary Treatment Plan, that day, which I signed, with an amount that I owed, but I noticed, each visit, I was told I owed more money. When I came in August 2013 and was asked for more money, I questioned it to one of the above staff members but wasn't given an answer. I began researching with BCBS, and the monies I paid out of pocket. Once I called BCBS and they told be what the doctor billed it was different from my treatment plan. The office never advised me I had more fillings nor did I sign any other document stating this. They filled teeth I was never told about and billed BCBS. BCBS advised me to file a complaint against the office which I am in the process of. When trying to call the office, they would repeatedly hang up on me and refused to answer anything.

I have seen Dr. Brown since I was teenager and trust him entirely. He's always taken thorough and careful care of my teeth, handled any painful moments with ease, recommended great doctors at times when I needed specialists, and made time for me if there was any concern and I needed to come in on as an emergency. I never wait long to be seen and I always feel that I've received the best care. Even after moving to NY, I have returned home for my dental visits for routine work over the last 10 years. For those of you who live closer, I really couldn't recommend him enough!

during cleaning, he said he find some decay in 5 of my teeth, and he said "if you have to have cavity, this is the best kind", meaning small. during the 1st filling on 3 teeth, i can feel that he drilled out a lot on one tooth and after the drug wore off, that tooth become sensitive to cold and hot. I am absolutely not going back to ruin my other teeth. 3/7/2012 is my cleaning with another dentist, and I saw in xray how big the filling is for that sensitive tooth, I am kicking myself for not listening to my mother, bear in mind, i was having no problem with that tooth before, now it becomes sensitive. ALSO, he uses amalgam.

Went for a teeth or nigh guard and after five tries, and after billing Delta Dental for their 50 percent, he never got it right. Eventually, he wrongfully charged me for my 50 percent, claiming that I missed an appointment. I gave up on the night-guard and I am working on getting tricare(Delta Dental) to reclaim their refund. He is always claiming this bogus charge to rip off patients. This guy is dispecable, recommendong all kinds of unwarranted services.
