I have been to many chiropractors before. If you just want pain relief you might get frustrated. If you want a doctor that will find the cause of your problem and not treat your symptoms only to have them return over and over- he is your doc. Now that i know why spinal health is related to overall health and that being pain free is not enough- Our entire family gets care. Dr. J makes a plan for you to be healthy with your spine care, an exercise program and nutrition.

I met one of Dr "Jo-el's" minions in training at the flea market. I am new to town and needed to establish a new chiropractor. I informed the "minion" of this and how I have insurance that actually pays for it now, since previous I paid out of pocket. I asked if they took my insurance and was told "Yes we take ALL insurance". This was the first part of thier scam. I was told to come in for an appt which cost only $25 which I prepaid. I went to that appt and was x-rayed.I asked how much the xrays cost and was told $20 each. (so now were up to $105 total). I was not given an adjustment but was told to come back tomorrow to discuss whether I would need treatment if they "could" treat me and this would cost $60. OK fine figuring they will go over the xrays and figure out what they need to do to treat me. I went back this time and they did NOT go over the x-ray but said I was treatable and did an adjmt. Final appt was told pay up front for a year and they are out of ntwk. DISHONEST!

Great chiropractor! He is amazing with children and gets to know his patients. Went to see him when he was in Wnnipeg before he moved to Florida. I had prepaid for months without visiting then I went for a few adjustments and was told I owed them money?! Hmm odd now he's in Florida and I paid for services not received. Amazing chiropractor just don't prepay for services or else he might move away on you.

My mom went to this joker after she had siatic nerve problems, all he did was hammer on her,it made everything worse. Once she realized what he had done, he basically had nothing to say and realized that he screwed her up and I supposed decided not to bill her for future problems. My mom considered a lawsuit,this guy and his family don't care about people, not like his dad did. Stay away from this place, I've nicknamed thier practice ways "bohemier blackmagic". These people should be closed down just for being incompetant.

I find that Dr. Joel and his team care greatfully for his patients. He spends the time to explain to you how the brain , spine and organs work together. I did his program last year and can see and feel the improvements. Those who think he's in it for the money are wrong. For the most part he gives free exams if not might charge $20.00 dollars for a exam including a x-ray. From there he will tell you his expert opinion and tell you how he can help. He also says "If you don't want me to treat you can I help you find someone else" Gee!!! Seems like he's in it for the money. In the end you make your own desicion and if you want to go to a practice that doesn't even take a x-ray of your spine and visit him 8 to 12 times a year good for you but let me tell you something. You'll be wasting your time and money. You need you muscle to help maintain those changes and that won't happen by a few adjustments. In the end BEST INVESTMENT and he does care.

Dr. Joel is amazing. His staff made me feel very welcome from my very first visit. I was incredibly scared to go to a chiro, and Dr. Joel explained every detail of my first adjustment before proceeding. He made me feel so comfortable that I let him adjust my neck on my very first visit. Their style of 'cattle hearding' patients, as some have called it, is the most efficient way I have ever seen to get you in and out as quickly as possible. He has a fantastic office.

I was not impressed with the quality of patient care. It felt more like herding cattle than treating/helping each person. Not a comfortable atmosphere. You have to take a 'test' at your first two appointments. I went elsewhere and found it a night and day experience. Go somewhere else.

I had been in terrible lower back pain for a few days, decided to go to Bohemier Chiropractic since he was recommended by a friend. Got there and struggled to walk in because of the awful pain I was in. They took me in for evaluation, scan and x-rays. I was in tears because it was so hard for me to move. Then he came back after x-rays and told me that they would discuss the results tonight and I could come back tomorrow for treatment. I was in shock and burst into tears. How could they send me home when they could see how horrendous my pain was!! So he went to check if I could be seen after all. He said if I'd be willing to wait they would. I waited for an hour, couldn't stand the pain any longer, so left and went to another chiropractor, who took me immediately when he saw the awful pain I was in. I would NOT go back to Bohemier if my life depended on it. He should NOT be in business.

I've had a few chiropractic problems in the past and was scared to try a new one, but Dr. Joel and his staff were very friendly and understanding. He always takes the time to answer any health questions I have and my back has never felt this great. I always went to other chiropractors knowing it would help, but not knowing why. Going to Dr. Joel and having him explain why they adjust me and how it will help my health makes me understand. I'm no longer constantly thinking about back pain...I highly recommend him.

Dr. Joel is extremely informed not only in his field but also in nutrition, medicine and environment. And his knowledge in medicine is how to get you off of them.
