I am a smoker and seen Dr. due a chronic cough that’s I’ve had for several years. Very unfriendly, rude, and ignorant. Asked me why I would ask him to help me when I’m poisoning myself and stated I probably have lung cancer without having a CT scan result.
Gave me major anxiety and I couldn’t stand being in the same room as him. Super unprofessional and does not care for his patients…

Not impressed. Full of himself. Would not listen when I told him the drug was making a current condition worse. Oh well you didn't want to go on the other drug anyway. Some dr.

The Western Clinic is very inviting, friendly and helpful. Staff are great. Dr. Bookatz is wonderful and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and punctual. Thanks for being there when we needed someone to talk to!

Waste of space why is he practicing? He is totally Doo-Lally and has some major un-diagnosed mental issues and that is probably causing his impairment. Worst Dr. I have every been too. Very rude, talked down to me. Kept telling me I was lucky I am not fat. Undermined my other doctors. I was seriously blown away by the rudeness. He was talking about how most of his other patients are fat and so when he sends them for heart ultrasounds the techs have troubles with it and so the techs must have been "clicking their heels" to see me. Oh yeah, went to him for a"lung test" and his response was, "the machine in the office isn't great."

Very rude, and condescending. Sent me for a cat scan on my lungs said it was non urgent so didn’t know when I would get in. Had the CT scan 5 weeks Ago and have heard nothing.

Where is this very rude disrespectful person come from? He is so negative suggesting any former Drs diagnosis were incorrect and totally wrong . If I had a child commit suicide from his very bad bed side manner I would sue him for his outrageous arrogant behaviour . If I am ever deathly sick this so called Dr better never come near my room . I did get good news , I seem to be the healthiest person living “so why was I referred to see him “? This is wasting our medical dollars that our great Drs could be using in health care .
