What he like to say is nothing wrong with you, you’ll be Ok soon. Eventually I got big trouble. I have to go aboard to get Treatment costly.

The nurse brought in my daughter without introducing herself or her role. Told my duaghtet to sit down and put het arms out and proceeded to start doing a skin test. i stopped her, told her we were here for an initial consult and hadn't even seen the doctor yet. She said he had already ordered the skin testing without even seeing my daughter first and getting a history. I asked to see the doctor. He keep i extremely rude, didn't introduce himself to me and proceeded to talk to my 11 year old daughter. I interjected, introduced myself and told him what had happened earlier. He explained it as a very busy day (it was 1230pm in the afternoon and 1 client was in the waiting room). It got a bit better and much better after I told him I was a Paediatric nurse. The nurse came in after and again didn't introduce herself or explain the akin testing to my daughter. I told her to stop again and explain things first. Horrible horrible bedside manners. Would not recommend this clinic at all. Go to Dr.Pitt at Humber River Hospital instead.

Used to be a patient of Dr Sussman along with my mom. They were regularly overbooked and even though you had an appointment you would be behind by at least 1 to 1.5 hours. We recently tried to have my mom's files moved to a new dr and were surprised to find out that none of her records had been transferred to online records like they were supposed to. I'm so glad we don't go here anymore. Unreal how bad this place is. Dr. Sussman I have no idea why you let your practice get this bad. Do you think it's fair to overbooked your clients and have them wait hours to see you? Would you be satisfied if someone did this to you? No you wouldn't, but for some reason you feel it's okay to do this to others.

He doesn’t care what are his patients feeling. Since Covid-19 started he is closed.He is doing his job just money like a business.He doesn’t know anything didn’t referral you to special.But people deserve to get cure people deserve to live with out pain

A patient should never have to dread speaking with their family doctor. A patient should never have to dread having their experience with chronic pain diminished, or dismissed, when they reach out to their doctor for guidance. A patient should expect their doctor to do their job, and honestly, I cannot for the life of me figure out why this guy chose to enter the healthcare field if he never had the intention to listen to, nor empathize with his patients. And that may be a harsh thing to say, but honestly, this is the impression I get from him, as a patient of his, who has had multiple appointments with him over the years. I think it’s high time I find a new family doctor...

He will not listen to anything you have to say. Speaks over you, does not take any pain seriously, AND he is very judgemental (gives his own personal opinion on things that are NOT his business). Horrible doctor.

Honestly he's no that bad. I mean he isn't always helpful ,but what doctor is. I have been going to Dr. Sussman since i was born and he has been pretty good to me and his staff are decent.

Life is over waiting for this guy. Too much drug pushing to really be a benefit anyone other than pharmaceutical companies. Sign up young patients and get a Mediterranean cruise.... Heard it.

Talks over you, never LISTENS. You really have to fight to get a word in with this guy. He gets irritable when you ask him simple questions
