DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR- or anybody in his office. The staff is horrible. The doctor cares nothing but of himself. We had an appointment and called the office because we got lost. They gave us WRONG directions sending us across town, and then when we finally got there late, THEY REFUSED TO SEE US!! We complained to the manager, and then rescheduled. Then they called us and said they WON'T SEE US AGAIN! Because we complained! Do yourself a favor- give somebody else your money. Dr. Ramos is completely jaded and only cares about himself, he absolutely does NOT care about his patients.

He is extremely kind and supportive. Listens to the patient and is genuinely concerned for my overall well-being. Also extremely caring and addresses all my concerns consistently.
