I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Rizzo. His staff was more than helpful to me and had a wonderful outcome with my surgery and scar that you can barely see after a few months. Greatful!!!

I am so glad I didn't have surgery with this Dr. due to the bad reviews. I checked in for surgery at 10am. Was given gown, ekg, blood pressure, I.V., everything pre op. Waited, waited, Dr. popped his head in at noon and looked frazzeled. No other communication!!! In the room until 2pm. Nurses came in said you have 2 choices. the case surgery Dr. is working on now has not gone well, he needs more time, it will be a very long wait, we cannot tell you how much longer it will be. or we can reschedule your surgery. I was hungry, thirsty from fasting day before. Very tired from waiting, thank God my boyfriend was with me. Very Unprofessional! Waiting 4 hours in room for surgery is unacceptable with ZERO communication. They actually even called me in earlier for surgery because he had a cancellation. Crazy!

Dr. Rizzo is an amazing ENT. He's very busy being the only doctor in a large clinic, but a good surgeon. April is the PA who's also very wonderful. She explains every detail you need to know. I had a deviated septum surgery that went quite well. The aftercare with April was thorough and almost painless because she quickly took out the stitches and cleared my sinuses. Within only 1 week I could finally BREATHE again!
Would recommend this office highly to anyone.

He prescribed a specialist. It took me 4 months of calling day in and day out to get the appt w the specilaist. I had to call Rizzo's office and the specilaists office pver 20 times each. Have been in the lobby waiting for ver an hour to see Rizzo, whicl no one was in the lobby. Staff is young and could care less about patients> His immature staff is hurting his business and I've tried telling his PA, and other dr's practicing there. Its like no one gives a crud about patients. Office is dirty, very dirty...Yuck. I had been going to him for over 10 years. Never again.

Dr. Rizzo is hands down the best doctor I have ever been to! I have been going to Dr. Rizzo since I was 17 and he has always given me the best care. I tried going to several other ENT specialists in town, but none of them could diagnose me. I went to Dr. Rizzo and he found out what was wrong within 5 minutes of seeing him. He is extremely talented and all of his staff are extremely helpful. There is a little bit of a wait to get into him, but it is so worth the time. I wish I went to him first! Thank you Dr. Rizzo!

Please stay far away from this practice. My son at the time 8 months old had continuous ear infections so he got tubes in his ear. He was still continuing to have nasal discharge and a cough. Dr. Rizzo said he needed his adenoids removed and that would fix it. The day of the procedure the nurse admitting him started trying to tell us how simple the ear tube procedure was, we explained he wasnt here for that. Then Dr. Rizzo comes in and starts telling us how the ear tube procedure is simple and quick. We told him he already had tubes in his ears from him months prior, he leaves and comes back and apologizes and said yes your right he is getting his adenoids removed. They almost did the wrong procedure! The surgery didn't work and my son kept getting sick. Dr. Rizzo stated to only go to him to handle this not our pediatrician since they weren't experts, everything he did didn't work. Finally, we went to a follow up appt. and was forgotten, we waited for 1.5 hours to be seen, when we finally got to see him I told him we were taking him to an allergist. He looked at me and said "you need to just let me keep treating this they won't know what they are doing and your going to waste your money. I went anyway...first thing the allergist suggested was an xray. He had BRONCHITIS that was going months untreated because of this guy. Never went to that facility again, 6 months later i received a voicemail to call them back in regards to my son. I never called them back because I thought it had something to do with trying to get him in to be seen. A week later I get a collection notice with ridiculous fees added to it. Apparantly I had an outstanding balance but never got the statement because I moved. I am more than happy to pay those worthless office visits that I owe but shouldnt have to pay all these ridiculous fees that come with it. I have called the office 3 times to speak to the office manager and yet have received any phone call back!

I visited Rizzo with an angry ear infection in both inner ears. His staff was friendly and efficient. They did a hearing test and got me in a room fairly quickly. I was pleased with the amount of time the doctor spent with me. Their appointments are a little far out. When I called to see about my prescriptions I got right through and she took care of it quickly. I like him because he is also VERY knowledgeable in allergens which I believe to be the root cause of my sinus and ear problems. I will continue to see Dr. Rizzo.
