Billing staff, Lori was very rude and unprofessional. Threaten me over the phone to not stop back into the office to get my paperwork. The doctor could not treat my condition nor took the time to diagnosis my condition. I would highly not recommend this office nor doctor to anyone. If possible, travel out of town to Pittsburg area or to Morgantown. If not possible, then seek another gastro in town. Wouldn't bother making an appointment and waste your time. Please try someone else. If not, your be very unhappy for sure. I was very disappointed with lack of time spent with doctor and treatment from Lori( billing).

decided on one approach, (that my problem was celiac disease) without fully listening to me. did not even examine me, but yet wrote in my records that he did. then, i had to fight to get my test results!! (it took weeks)

Compassionate. Always makes sure that patient understands all that is gastroenterologically wrong with patient, reasons for testing and treatment options
