Dr. Richardson has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time to answer all my questions. His staff is so caring. One nurse stayed with me and took extra time with me after my procedure. After discharging me home, they called my home to followed up with me to make sure I was doing well. They truly care. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson and Southern Vascular Specialists.

After several appts for vericose vein problem Dr. Richardson's office just stoped returning my calls. I could not get any further information. They had me come for 4 appts and an ultrasound - all out of pocket. They did not get information to my insurance company correctly which caused a problem. After thier mess up, they just ignored me. Bottom line after costing me out of pocket, I got no results or help. This went on for almost a year. I finally went to another local Doctor and recieved treatment which was partially paid for by insurance, because they presented the documentation needed. The total cost was less than half, and took about 3 months. I could not and would not recommend Dr. Richardson.
