She has patients on medications that are proven not to help the specific illness of the patient. Extremely unprofessional as well as dangerous. Burn out quack

This doctor was very cold on the phone and very short. While being knowledgeable in her practice, she was very unpleasant in her delivery of information and disrespectful of my opinions. I do not recommend this physician.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Kellerman she is very compassionate, professional, and she never needed a file to know who her patients were or the care they needed. Miss her greatly

Dr. Kellerman is always helpful and engaging. She does tend to run behind in her appts which is frustrating as you can't plan anything around the appt time as you never know if you will be completed

She is the dumbest b*tch possible to have as a psychiatrist because she didn’t research my girlfriends meds before changing them so now my girlfriend gets attackes from the new pills never go to her unless you want yourself or someone you know to have to go to the hospital because of a change of meds

THE Lamotrigine Queen. Talk to any doctor and they will tell you this is what she is know for. She must get a strong kick back for those prescriptions. She will turn you into pill popping zombie and make you believe you have “mental illnesses” you don’t have. Stay away from her!!! RUN!!

I'm not sure if she is burning out or if she just doesn't like her job anymore. More than 5 years ago she was hands down the most caring, and dedicated Psychiatrist in the area. Now she's CONSTANTLY 45-60 min late for her appointments, and is more focused on medications. When the primary care doctor retried had to get a new one and pharmacist. Both are very concerned about the amount of medications and what they are doing to my liver, kidney and bone density. I am afraid to say anything, as there's barely anyone taking new patients in the area, but I have to live in this mind AND body.

I was making an appointment with Kellerman and came across this site -- I'm really surprised to see the negative comments. I was voluntarily admitted to inpatient a few years ago and was lucky enough to be seen by Kellerman. She is extraordinarily well-informed (I work in a related field), very methodical, intuitive--I've had a few psychiatrists in my life, and Kellerman is one of the two that REALLY helped me. Yes, she is unlikely to hold your hand, and may seem abrasive or whatever, but she is a scientist and that is what you want when you're trying to figure out meds. I was frankly surprised to find her talent in a crappy town like Lethbridge, but she says she likes the small-town lifestyle. It is difficult, if not impossible, to truly trust your doctor when you are in a low, manic, or psychotic state; it feels like endless torture to get better. Any doctor will seem insufficient in this situation. I'm not saying to sit there and passively do what you're told, but give Kellerman a real chance to get you back functioning--she's probably the best psychiatrist in Lethbridge.
