Dr. Papo has never failed to listen to my concerns and has saved me from 2 potential life threatening things that were caught early.

Again she kept me waiting for an hour. The man before me left before his appointment stating his frustration at being consistently kept waiting for close to an hour for a scheduled appointment. I spoke out to the receptionist stating maybe they are scheduling to many in a day if you keep patients waiting like this. When I went into my appointment, after 1 hour wait, Dr. Pappo stated she would no longer see me at a patient. Her reason was that I created a toxic work environment. ?? I don't even work there! And this based on me voicing my frustration at being kept waiting. Why schedule at all, she might as well just have a free for all , first come first serve. She is extremely arrogant in my opinon.

I have been going to her for 10 years, 5 years were spent trying to find another doctor. When you finally get in to see the Dr. Paper - after waiting at least 2 hours, all she does is type on her computer and never makes eye contact. Then when she does respond she is basically getting up from her chair and heading for the door. I finally found a new doctor and waited 5 months to have Dr. Papo transfer my file. It took 10 phone calls and me having to lie about an upcoming appointment to finally get the file transferred.

She left me with a lump in my breast, telling me it will go away. A competent doctor sent me for a biopsy and I only lost my breast instead of my life. Her incompetence has also left me with permanent health issues. She misdiagnosed me and told me I had either lung or bone cancer (QUOTE "It cant be anything else.") Yes it was something else, an immune system disorder. I'm just glad I found a REAL DOCTOR before she killed me.

Dr Papo is a wonderful GP. She is straight forward, but also caring. She is very easy to talk to and doesnt waste time sending a patient to a specialist or tested to get to the bottom of the problem. She does keep patients waiting but that is because she does take the time with you. I have been her patient for 7 years with lots of problems and she has been amazing. I feel very lucky to have her in my world!

Love her for sure. Always late but she never hurries you either. She saved my life by the right diagnosis years ago. Always cares.

I have been seeing Dr. Papo for almost ten years and find her to be competent, engaging, thoughtful and perceptive. She is also very open when challenged. If you don't like a diagnosis or course of treatment, get a second opinion - she's a doctor, not a baby sitter: take some responsibility for your own health. The new receptionist is a great improvement.

The worst dr I’ve ever been to, she doesn’t care about you or your problem, she gives you 5 minutes and then forces pills on you because all she cares about is money. The biggest flake of a dr I have ever met. No shows phone appointments, accusing patients of lying because she got the info wrong AND actively removed patients from care without a warning. She made my condition worse and doesn’t care

This is my opinion, based on medical facts. This incompetent cruel woman misdiagnosed me numberous times. Telling me the lump in my breast will go away. Under real professional care, cancer was discovered and I had to have a mastectomy. She misdiagnosed my leg pain and was pushing for hip replacements. Its not my hips, turns out its my back. And as a result of not treating my back, which I have subsequently discovered she knew about, I am now partly crippled and having to arrange for surgery. There's more but suffice it to say, she's not just useless, she's dangerous.
