I got a mini-facelift, eye and neck lift from Dr. Heppe six weeks ago and could not be happier with the results. Everything has been exactly as Dr. Heppe advised it would be - from discomfort levels to recovery. I was really scared of looking un-natural or stretched following the lift but no one would guess I had work done unless I tell them. (And I do because I think credit should be given where it is deserved.) My friends say I look 15 years younger and as I am 65, that pleases me greatly. Extraordinary experience across the board with the highest level of professionalism and exceptional care.

In my late 50s and I like “me” though I’ve struggled with my nose since my early 20s. I am successful in business and relationships, but lack confidence deep down inside that I can directly attribute to my facial features. My face is small, and my nose was not. I had yearned to change the appearance of my nose for many years. At the age of 28, I met with a highly regarded surgeon but something scared me away. I moved forward with my life but not one day passed when I did not think of my desire to make this change – even briefly as I caught my reflection – it was always in the back of my mind.

Having an opportunity of time and support of my loving husband, I reached out to Dr. Heppe’s office for a consultation on a rhinoplasty. Friends provided feedback on Dr. Heppe which gave me the confidence to test the waters.

Within a few minutes my fears were squelched, and I was ready to move forward. My consultation was at 10:30 Friday and by 11:30 I was selecting a date. After my initial consultation I was provided with a written quote which was reasonable and below what I have found from other top surgeons in DC.

The nursing staff and administrative team all stepped up to the plate and answered all questions. They provided options for financing, talked through timing and what to expect. We discussed what was involved pre-op (tests/screenings) and post-op (recovery, bruising, pain, management, timing). No stone was left unturned.

I knew that I was ready for this and there was no doubt in my mind that Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg was the team to go with. I took the weekend to think it through but by Monday morning I was on the surgery schedule.

Communication: Excellent communication both oral and written. I was provided with well written documents and instructions regarding every aspect.
Staff: Amazing!!! Super friendly, competent, knowledgeable, experienced.
Facilities: Beautiful, state-of-the-art, clean, friendly, secure, warm.
Safety: Strict processes regarding post-op transportation and care.
Surgery: Secure private entrance allowed me to be discrete. The environment is warm and reassuring.
Post-op Follow Up: Doctor and nurses took their time in evaluating and answering any questions and concerns.
Expectation: I believe my expectations were realistic going in. Dr. Heppe talked through the process in detail and thoroughly described how he expected my nose and tissue to respond based on his extensive experience. I could not be more thrilled with the results. It was exactly what I was hoping for – its “me” – with a refined nose. The look is so natural that only those closest to me pick up on exactly what was done.
Anticipation: After literally years of thinking about this – I chuckle as to why I waited. If you are considering a procedure, I recommend spending the time researching the basics. In Dec 2014, I was diagnosed with cancer in my left breast. After two surgeries and radiation treatment, I wanted to undergo reconstructive surgery on my left breast and an augmentation on my right breast. My hairdresser, several of her clients and a coworker highly recommended Dr. Helped and his staff. My surgery took place on July 30, 2019 and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I returned to work within three weeks of my procedure and I have never looked better. I would like to thank Dr. Helped and his outstanding staff for everything that they have done to make my experience a success.

I recently got a breast augmentation done at this practice about nine weeks ago and let me say that this review is well overdue because I have just been enjoying my results. I read the reviews for this practice and doctors and thought it was wonderful so of course so I went for the consultation. Loved it however, still wanted something to compare them with so I went for a second opinion at another practice. They did not give me the same information as far as results and they didn't have pictures of work which I think is extremely important so of course of I went with my first choice. Dr. Heppe and his staff were extremely courteous everytime I went in there. Very proficient they even offer payment plans which was perfect for me. The patient coordinator was very thorough and proficient and I absolutely loved Dr. Heppe's nurse. Scheduling was never an issue and neither was the wait time and the office is so comfortable and cute. This was a huge investment for me so I definitely was going to write a review.

permanently disfigured by a botched tummy tuck . had scars that would not heal and got an infection at the operation . WOULDNT TAKE MY DOG THERE .. read the bad reviews yourself and they are not just bad but are nightmare stories that are like my story. Will have to come up with 10,000 dollars for aother surgery to fix my stomach bc I am in constant pain. You deserve to be punished for what you've done to countless patients that have not come forward to address the fact that you are unable to recognize complications of surgery and how to address them rather than having a war of words , nasty and patronizing.

I'm two months post-opp from abdominoplasty and limited lipo and I am completely amazed with my results. I feel like Dr. Heppe and his staff provided excellent service and post operative care. I had my first consult for this procedure back in 2004 with Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg. Even though I pursued other skin care and facial enhancing services with Pria, I continued to explore other options and other providers for this surgery over the last decade. I'm so glad I picked Dr. Heppe to perform such a delicate and invasive life changing surgery. If you are considering having a tummy tuck, you must schedule a consult with Dr. Heppe. Dr Howard Heppe performed a breast augmentation on me.
I went to two other doctors but he was the one I felt most comfortable with.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very kind and always there to answer any questions.
The results i got are better than expected. Exactly what I wanted, as if Dr. Heppe was reading my mind.
If you are interested in getting breast augmentation, i will definitely recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

In January 2017, Dr. Heppe performed liposuction, tummy tuck, breast lift with augmentation. I love the results he gave me! He is a GREAT Dr. and all his office staff are wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Heppe.
