Fantastic dentist and staff! We've been seeing Dr. Donison for over 20 years. We've always had the best of care. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Dr. Donison is not only wonderful, but his knowledge and attention to detail when it comes to patient's comfort is astounding! I've seen many dentists in the past and have had numerous procedures, from minor to major, so I'm no stranger to "the chair", and I must say, he is by far the best, when it comes to freezing. You can literally fall asleep and take a little power nap while he and hos staff are working.... it's that comfortable. His staff are also simply amazing people to converse with, who have a very high standard of care.

Dr. Donison is wonderful, I’ve been a patient of his for 15+ years, I don’t even live in Edmonton but it’s worth the drive. I, my husband and 4 kids have all had only good experiences with Dr. Donison and would highly recommend him to anyone. His needles are painless and he has been very accommodating when we have had dental emergencies. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist.

Very understanding dentist & staff with respect to individuals with special needs. He is our family dentist & I have personally been a patient there for 20 years! My husband who has never been comfortable going to the dentist now enjoys his visits to the dentist!

I don't know why I haven't done this many years ago. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Donison and Donna, my dental hygienist of many years. As someone else has commented, I would be unable to consider going elsewhere.

If you care about your teeth and your smile and want a worry free pain free experience, this is the man to see. Have been with him for over 10 years, He is one of the best in the City, very knowledgeable and Naomi is the best at what she does as well. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I called this morning and talked to Andrea. I was asking about my insurance and she kept telling me to call my insurance company and find out myself. I have being seeing Ross for years and I have never had to call myself. Her tone was quite rude. She is not someone that should be answering the phones.

Dr Ross Donison is a wonderful dentist. Very friendly, talented, concerned and intelligent person. He treats everyone like family. The staff is very friendly and courteous too. They understood my issues and had me over 3 consecutive days without appt to help alleviate my unbearable pain. I would def recommend him to anyone.
