Rude girls should never answer the phones !!!!! So sorry , excellent Doctor , I would say the best , not all the staff are rude but the one I got on the phone shouldn't answer the phone

My Husband, prior to hernia surgery went to his office- Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Nguyen was AMAZING, I feel in love with him from the start. He answered all my questions (ex. How comfortable are you with this type of surgery, 2. How many have you done. 3. what are some of your concerns. 4. major risk factors. 5. is my husband a unusual/high risk case- list goes on) and provided additional information to put me at ease. The day of the surgery (place Mt. Sinai- sidebar I waited 3 months to write this review) 3 months later my husband feels terrific - NO PAIN KILLERS AT ALL the day after the surgery, he said he didn't feel any discomfort what so ever. 100 percent recovery. 100 percent normal activity. He took it easy the first week of surgery only because I forced him. Long story short I highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent surgeon. He is completely knowledgeable, patient and naturally concerned about his patients. He makes the best effort to return a call no regardless if it is after hours or even during the weekends. It genuingly reflects his dedication to the well being of his patients. I have never met anyone in my life that would proceed with a consultation with such care and sensitivity. With him, there are never any wrong questions, there is not time limit for a consultation. He is an up incoming excellent doctor. He is is the person to see when you are looking for excellent results, if you are looking for prolong your life, if you are looking to the greatest probability of living he is the person that you MUST see...
