Again he and Dr.Radecki are the p[oorest excuse for doctors. Sue me. My name is Mark and you did me wrong back in 1995. We have first and second amendment rights in this country.This guy is nothing but a sell out. I would love to pay him for his services!

He and his wife own Impartial Medical Opinions. Dr, Fuller hold himself out as an expert witness to the tune of $250,000 to $ 1 million per case. He us incompetent - has not performed surgery since his residency in 1987. Testifies without qualm that pain is subjective, that there exists no objective manner to verify pain. In testimony he references books on measurement of disability which 10 to 12 years out of date. He serves as expert witness for insurance companies and employers. When question as to recent continuing education he has taken, he cannot answer. In one of his most recent cases, he insisted that the limb in which an IV is placed is immobilized and unusable. He also made it clear in his testimony that all repetitive motion injuries are fake. He is also of the opinion that CRPS and RSD are fake. Significant case research has not uncovered a single case in which he gave a favorable exam report in a workers compensation case, Further, he does not accept contracts from injured worker.
