Stay far away from this Dr. I don't how he got a license to practice in Canada! I seen him for 6 years complaining about chronic back pain and having problems walking. He did nothing but try and push meds.I finaly left and was diagnosed as having Elers Danlos Syndrome and Marfin Syndrome which are serious medical conditions. This effects your internal organs and is a soft tissue dicease.He obviously didn't know a thing about this decease and when I asked to go see a rhumatoligist of my choice. He suggested I go see someone of his nationality and I said no that I wanted to go see a specialist that I had seen years ago. He wouldn't send me! Way to go Doc! or what ever you are?

Dr. Shah no longer has an answering machine and doesn't allow patients to make appointments at all. I phoned one of the other Doctor's in his building and they haven't even seen him. They think he only works clinics in the evenings. Fortunately we found another doctor taking new patients. He is iresponsible in not advising his patients that he has cut back his practice.

Dr. Shah is a very caring, intelligent doctor. I have switched to him approximately 2 yrs ago and couldn't be happier!! I am bringing my son and my brother to him if he will accept them. I have absolutely 100 percent faith in him. For those of you complaining about him, please remember that your harsh words can really hurt someone, and potentially their career. Please keep comments to yourself if you don't have anything nice to say.

I have had Dr. Shah for many years now and have always found him to be kind,knowledgeable and if he can't solve your problem, he has no problem referring me to a specialist.He has saved my life on numerous occassions.He makes you feel comfortable with his kind caring ways.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for several years and find him to be very competent, helpful and always willing to explain any treatment he recommends. He is definitely better than most doctors in the Niagara area and I would not hesitate to recommend him, should he ever decide to increase his practice.

He is my husband's doctor and was supposed to refer him to a cardiologist 10 months ago and has still not done it.He keeps "forgetting".Heart problems are serious medical issues so for him to keep "forgetting"is totally unprofessional.

Totally unprofessionl. Has to be reminded to do up refferal, he always forgets. Dr. Shah runs hot and cold, one visit he seems to care and the next one he barely speaks or does anything for you. i have been a patient for about 2 years and he can't or won't answer my questions, regarding my health. The receptionist is quite nice, she has a lot of work to do, he should have at least 2 girls and also a part time studend for filing. This lady now has many jobs to do, a doctors office is a place that requires staff to keep on their toes. I tip my hat to this young lady for a job well done.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for several years and have always been impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain or discuss any treatment he advices. I believe that Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors in the Niagara area.

This guy is in the wrong profession. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Rushes through visits, doesn't take time to listen, has the attitude that he know his patients bodies and symptoms more than they do, the list could go on and on......

I have found Dr. Shah to be a kind and compassionate md. He gives his maximum attention to the important issues and under the time restrictions put on him by the lack of mds in the area, and health services, he does a wonderful job in trying suituations.The staff I have found to be pleasant and helpful. I have witnessed patients being rude and miserable to the staff and she has responded with an understanding that I'm sure most of us could not muster. Please remember, these people, mds + staff see great numbers of patients daily.
