Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr Harper is a very knowledgable and competent Doctor. She asks appropriate questions and if a case arises where she simply cannot solve a problem, she refers you to someone who is capable and great! She helped my son immensely by being the only pediatrician to be able to refer him for correct treatment and ultimate cure of severe IBS. Her patience, ability to listen and love of children are clearly an asset. I would reccommend her to anyone but particularly for children with specific, stubborn health issues.
