Probably the best doctor I've ever had, unlike most doctors he actually talked to me like I'm a human being and respected my input when it came to receiving treatment. He went above and beyond, helped me with paperwork, referrals, and finding a family doctor in Hamilton when I was ready to graduate. McMaster is lucky to have him.

As a McMaster student, I saw him for several years and always has a very positive experience. He is extremely patient and takes time to listen to your problems and concerns. He is very pragmatic in his approach and respects your wishes and desires. His experience is reflected in his ability to explain things and rationalize his decision making. Very approachable and easy to work with, and extremely empathetic. You always left having felt that you were fully listened to and taken seriously. He is also great at providing life advice and often playing the role of a mentor! Overall, just a great human being and physician. Highly recommend him!

Dr McLeod was wonderful. Before meeting him I didn't have a lot of confidence in the treatment I was receiving. I was able to develop trust and confidence in Dr. McLeod that enabled me to move past my problems. The more I look back, the more I can say it was his treatment and advice that gave me the skills to get better and remain that way. The best thing about McMaster. I was he had his own private practice.

Dr. McLeod is the best doctor I've met in my life. He never makes you feel stupid, rather, he explains everything in great detail so that you can understand your own body. He never rushes you during appointments. He is so patient and kind, I wish I could be under his care forever, however, he's a McMaster doctor so I can only see him during my time as an undergrad. I will miss him!!! He is super inspiring and an amazing doctor.

Not usually one to fill out reviews 5/5 however Dr. McLeod is definitely deserving of this rating. Have seen him on 15-20 occasions for variety of issues including physical medicine and mental health. Excellent at building a trusting and a collaborative relationship. Engages in discussion with you and is willing to discuss his reasoning. Consistently provides excellent patient education - whiteboard explanations are helpful for remembering & following along. Treatment approaches were very well-rounded; including not only medication but behavioural, environmental, social, etc. approaches as well. Cannot think of any areas for improvement; would recommend for any issue.

Dr. McLeod is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. He treats you like an equal and never rushes you or makes you feel stupid. He is truly an inspiring person.

I've never had such a good experience with doctor in my life. Not only was he extremely caring he was also very knowledgable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, something that I've gotten use to not having done. After the first time I'd seen him I literally went home and called my parents to tell them how impressed I was!
