Dealing with staff was a nightmare . . . scheduling appointments is a crapshoot (twice I was simply sent a postcard capriciously changing my appointment for over a month later, on a date that was unacceptable; staff were rude and arrogant about getting acceptable date. Staff could not provide even the basic information on physicians in this practice!

appt at 9am. Had to wait quite awhile. Nurses don't have much to say--all business. He did a thorough eye exam and answered any questions I had. He was very nice. Nurses need to learn to have a little better bedside manner and be more friendly. A few are but the majority barely say anything to the patient.

My son saw him. He is excellent. He is very good with children. Talks to them on their level. He is very kind to them. Gave son a thorough eye exam. Very knowledgable. Top notch A+++++++++++. Highly recommended.
