After two recent trips to the ER for my husband, we were assigned this man. He introduced himself as a part-time doctor. As a special point, he is part time because he is disabled. Disabled because he has an artifial eye.In a gradiose tone, he announced that he CHOOSES his patients, and he was absoultely NOT forced to be there. This was all before he said one word about the life-threatening condition my husband was in. He was short-tempered with me when I asked him if we should expect days or weeks of down time. He condescendingly said, "I'm not God." Not only wouldn't he answer any questions, he seemed miffed that we would even ask them. During a brief discussion with the doc, my husband mentioned he was still having pain at the sugical site. The doctor's response was, "well, I have one eye." I was floored by his lack maturity, especially considering my husband is a T-4 paraplegic who would be happy to trade his wheelchair for the good doc's one eye. Completely unprofessional. AVOID
