Very pleasant. Quick to see you though so not a whole lot of time to discuss. The wait time to see her in the room can be long sometimes and appointments are hard to come by if you need to see her in a week.

Made me feel like I was faking. Didn't really listen or pay attention to my records. Will not go to again!

Dr. Merchant is the second rheumatologist that I have been to in Greenville area. Merchant was my second opinion after another Dr had misdiagnosed me plus put me on 2 different infusions. Dr. Merchant diagnosed me correctly at my first visit confirming w/blood tests on the following visits! I have been her patient for 4 years and highly recommend her!

Very Unhelpful doctor...thought I was making up symptoms but tested positive for Lyme Disease which she didn't test for. Told me to go to Infecious Disease Doctor but didn't refer me to one. I would not waste my money.
